A foot patrol of the French unit operating within the UNIFIL reserve force came under fire from an Israeli army position while inspecting an earth barrier recently erected by Israeli forces in the Wadi Qatmoun area, on the outskirts of the Lebanese town of Rmeish, according to the National News Agency (NNA).

Looks like I’ve been basing my opinions on Hollywood action films, thinking good guys don’t take hostages.

I’ll ask again: how is that relevant to the fact that Israelis love blowing up hospitals and schools?

Isn’t there still a bunch of hostages being held in Gaza? I thought this is why they are attacking Hamas again after a cease fire agreement. This is why this is relevant.

How does Hamas holding hostages justify bombing hospitals and schools?

Also, the ceasefire was meant to be a hostage exchange. Israel gives up hostages in exchange for the hostages Hamas took. Israel decided it didn’t want to give up any more hostages and violated the ceasefire agreement.
