Japan has outsourced a lot of manufacturing and labor to Vietnam as well. Considering Japan is one of the biggest economies currently, why are they not mentioned as another possible choice?

Installed mint onto a 125gb ssd. I have it set for boot ~1gb, root 50gb, swap 8gb, and home everything else.
