It does. The simplest way to use Proton with other games is to add each as a non-Steam game to… Steam. But there are also CLIs for it.

Nah, there are two Roshpits between which Roshan circulates every 10 minutes or so. It’s been like that in the original map but they changed it eventually. Now it’s back to the origins with the new update.
